Following the lighting of the City’s official Christmas Tree, the Tuloy ang Progreso Tree, at the Valenzuela City People’s Park, Mayor WES Gatchalian led the official ribbon cutting kick-off of the festivities at C.J. Santos Street in Barangay Malinta against the crowd of elated shoppers and craving foodies.
The City’s Local Economic Development and Investments Promotion Office (LEDIPO) and the Valenzuela City Parks Administration Office once again turned the C.J. Santos St. across the Valenzuela City People’s Park into a food and goods hall for some 75 local entrepreneurs.
Shops selling items such as clothes, plants, shoes, among others, and food stalls serving sausages, vegan food, barbecues, pizzas, burgers, doughnuts, and more, at neighbor-friendly prices.
