Christmas Bazaar — At St. Mary’s Ukrainian Church Hall, 6428 Main St., Niagara Falls, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Homemade food by Ukrainian Kitchen Angels including perogies, cabbage rolls, pies, breads and more. Call 905-364-7877 after 11 a.m. for more information.

BLOWOUT SALE — Big Brothers and Big Sisters is having a five-day blowout sale at its Nearly New Thrift Store that runs to Saturday at 4311 Queen St. in Niagara Falls (across from city hall), 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All proceeds to benefit impactful mentoring for children and youths.

Christmas Reading — Santa is visiting the Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre and will be reading “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and posing for photos. Jointly hosted by the town and Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Palliative Care Service, this event is free. Santa will be at the centre, at 14 Anderson Lane, from 10 a.m. to noon. Photo-ops with Santa are available until 11:30 a.m.

Ball’s Falls Holiday Trail — Second annual holiday trail this winter season, open now until Jan. 9, 5 to 10 p.m. The holiday trail is an immersive evening experience featuring an illuminated path through natural areas, a skating rink, and outdoor activities at Ball’s Falls Conservation Area, 3292 Sixth Ave, Lincoln. One vehicle permitted per registration, separate reservation needed for each vehicle.

Wednesday, Dec. 22

Downtown Niagara Falls Christmas Market — featuring more than 50 vendors until Dec. 22. The Christmas market will include more than 30 light structures, interactive art displays, nightly live music, string lights, glow swings, fire pits with Muskoka chairs and more. On Queen Street, downtown Niagara Falls. Thursdays, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. All ages.

Niagara Falls Music Live — until Jan. 1. Niagara Falls is celebrating the return of live music with more than 75 performances at 20 venues over six nights including more than 13 New Year’s Eve events, including New Year’s Eve with Blue Rodeo, Serena Ryder and Crown Lands.
